Technical market dialogue – family group home and supported housing services for unaccompanied children and young people

Summary

The Lapland wellbeing services county is preparing to procure family group home and supported housing services for unaccompanied minor refugee children and young people who have arrived in Finland, hold a residence permit and have a municipality of residence. This notice invites service providers to a technical market dialogue to comment on draft procurement documents and provide feedback on service delivery, contract terms and pricing. Two lots are planned: a family group home service with 7 places and an option for an additional 7-place unit, and a supported housing service for an estimated 10 clients. Concrete comments are requested through the Tarjouspalvelu.fi portal by 19 October 2026. This is not a contract notice or an invitation to tender: no bids are being requested, and participation or non-participation in the dialogue will not affect eligibility to take part in a later procurement.
