Parking enforcement system

Summary

The procurement is for a parking enforcement system for Kangasala, Lempäälä, Nokia, Pirkkala and Ylöjärvi, supplied as a SaaS service with support and maintenance. The aim is to reduce manual work, automate processes and provide a reliable, user-friendly system. Kangasala and Lempäälä will each have their own system; Nokia will procure a shared system for enforcement in Nokia, Pirkkala and Ylöjärvi and will be its sole user. One supplier will be selected. The initial contract term is 48 months, with an option to make it indefinite. Use of the vehicle relocation feature is optional, and the contracting authorities may adopt additional functionality as the system develops.
