Vehicle management and location system for the North Karelia and South Savo wellbeing services counties

Summary

Sansia Oy is procuring a complete vehicle-use monitoring and fleet-management solution, including the necessary location devices, for the North Karelia and South Savo wellbeing services counties. The off-the-shelf solution must support real-time monitoring of vehicle locations and use, automatic electronic driving logs in accordance with the Finnish Tax Administration’s requirements, central fleet management, and data analysis and reporting. It must support interfaces with other systems and comply with data protection and other legal requirements. Delivery and implementation will be arranged separately for each contracting authority, with separate delivery and service contracts. The initial contract term is 60 months, after which it will continue indefinitely. Implementation depends on the contracting authorities’ available budget.
