Use of tanker trucks to freeze sports fields

Summary

The City of Jyväskylä is procuring the freezing of outdoor ice rinks and watering to maintain the ice using tanker trucks. On request, the service provider must supply a tanker truck and driver and water the rink according to the contracting authority’s instructions.
