Auction of pigeon-migration hunting rights in the Montes Madres forest

Summary

Villoslada de Cameros is auctioning the right to conduct pigeon-migration hunting in the Montes Madres forest, divided into five lots. The lots cover hunting locations at Laguna Pie de Buey, La Fragina, Maribañez, hunting posts 6–9 at La Matanza, and Peña Ventana. The contract runs for one year and may be extended up to a total of four years. Bids must be at least the applicable lot’s starting price, and the highest-priced bid wins. Starting prices including the 12% compensation tax are €6,720, €3,366.72, €1,019.68, €940.80 and €2,822.40 respectively; a separate regional fee is also payable for each lot as specified. Bidders must submit the required administrative documents, a responsible declaration and a financial offer, and provide a participation guarantee. A bidder may submit offers for one to five lots. The successful bidder must pay the annual amount within 15 days of notification and before signing the contract. Hunting may begin only once the required licence has been issued and may take place only on dates set by the regional authority.
