Invitation to Market Dialogue – Procurement of Basic IT Services in the Google Environment for the Wellbeing Services County of Central Uusimaa

This is a request for information and an invitation to market dialogue, not a contract notice or a procurement procedure leading directly to an award. The Wellbeing Services County of Central Uusimaa is preparing a future procurement of ongoing basic IT services and related expert services, primarily in the Google ecosystem. Most employees are expected to move to Chromebook end-user devices and Google identities between Q3 2026 and Q1 2027. The authority is seeking market views on how the future procurement should be divided into service areas and is inviting suppliers to propose their solutions and market capabilities. Based on the responses, the authority may arrange up to 10 individual discussions during weeks 41–42 and reserves the right to select the participants. Responses must be submitted in Finnish by 5 October 2026 at 00:00. Information received through the request will be handled confidentially. The information request itself will not result in the procurement of the solutions under consideration; a separate decision will be required to start the procurement process.
