Use of the payment commitment concept developed by Kela

Summary

Kansaneläkelaitos, or Kela, is inviting companies to a market dialogue concerning the use of the payment commitment concept developed by Kela for the needs of several public-sector organisations. This is not a procurement procedure, contract notice or call for tenders. Interested companies must register by email at myntti-tuki@kela.fi no later than 23 September 2026 at 16:00. The market dialogue will take place in two stages: written materials will be sent to registered participants on 24 September, and responses must be submitted by 5 October 2026; organisations may then be invited to Teams discussions. Participation is voluntary, free of charge and confidential, and is not a prerequisite for participating in any possible future procurement. The market dialogue will be conducted in Finnish.
