Internet access service for locations indicated by the contracting authority – divided into lots

Summary

The procurement covers the deployment, activation and 24-hour provision of permanent symmetric Internet connections in three lots. The minimum bandwidth in each lot is 100 Mbps. Lot 1 concerns a location in Chełm and runs for 36 months from acceptance; the connection must be activated within 14 days of contract signature, but not before 1 October 2026. Lot 2 concerns a location in Chełm and Lot 3 a location in Zamość; both contracts run for 36 months, respectively from 9 November 2026 to 8 November 2029 and from 21 November 2026 to 20 November 2029. Tenders may be submitted for all three lots. Price is the only award criterion and carries 100 points. The tender submission deadline is 23 September 2026 at 00:00.
