Implementation of a solution for the Register of Municipal Property Managers within the GeoGdańsk environment

Summary

The tender concerns the implementation of a solution for the Register of Municipal Property Managers within the GeoGdańsk environment. The basic scope covers implementation Stages 1–4, while the contracting authority may order optional Stage 5 in full, in part, or not at all. The contract period is 25 months and there are no lots. The estimated participation requirements include at least two relevant ArcGIS Enterprise implementation projects for public administration entities during the last three years, a project manager and a GIS analyst meeting the specified experience and certification requirements, and supporting evidence for the experience. A PLN 10,000 tender guarantee is required. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 23 September 2026 at 10:00. Evaluation is based on price (60%), project manager (20%), and GIS analyst (20%).
