Market dialogue on procuring expert services for workforce capacity management

Summary

This is a written market dialogue, not a contract notice or request for tenders. Istekki Oy is seeking supplier views to prepare a possible future procurement of expert services for workforce capacity management. The planned service would support capacity planning, forecasting, resourcing, competence management and the development of related operating models and system solutions. It would cover development, implementation, operational support and tactical support, potentially through individual work orders under a framework agreement. Responses are voluntary, must be submitted in accordance with the notice instructions by 5 October 2026, and are requested in Finnish. No separate compensation is paid for responding or participating in any possible remote discussion. The market dialogue does not oblige Istekki Oy to carry out the procurement, publish a future competition or use the described model.
