Market Dialogue – AI-Based Analysis of Building Permit and Geographic Information Use Cases

This is a market survey and market dialogue, not a call for tenders or requests to participate. The municipalities are exploring an AI service for automated inspection and building control use cases involving buildings, the built environment and geographic information, in the context of Finland’s revised Building Act and Decree. Interested companies should answer the preliminary questions by 7 October 2026. Company-specific interviews are planned for October–November 2026, and suppliers may later be invited to present their products or solutions. Participation in the survey is not required for taking part in any future tender.
