Charter Flights – Small Business Aircraft 2027

Summary

This prior information notice concerns the planned procurement of charter flight services for passengers using small business aircraft. Flights may be regular or non-recurring and will follow customer-specific destinations and schedules; helicopter transport is excluded. The planned agreement term is approximately three years, and the selected supplier may be required to provide Finnish-speaking customer service. Services must comply with mandatory European Union legislation, Finnish laws and decrees, and requirements issued by Finnish authorities. Interested companies may register by 15 September to participate voluntarily in the market dialogue. This is not yet an invitation to tender, and the information may change.
