Summary

The tender concerns an intelligent care and service needs assessment solution delivered as software as a service (SaaS). The supplier must provide the software, carry out the implementation project and provide continuous support and advisory services throughout the contract period. The solution must be suitable for digital service channels and for professionals’ use in multichannel service delivery, including web services, chat and telephone services, and it must be integrated with the Flowmedik chat platform. The estimated value excluding VAT is EUR 250,000 over four years. The contract will initially run for two years and then continue indefinitely.
