Invitation to market dialogue on the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency's media release distribution

Summary

This is an invitation to a market dialogue concerning the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency's planned browser-based media communications system and up-to-date media contact management service. The system is intended to support targeted distribution of press releases to national, local and online media, radio and television newsrooms, and stakeholders. Approximately 250–350 releases are sent each year, and around 50–70 user accounts are expected. This notice is not an invitation to submit tenders. Suppliers wishing to participate in the market dialogue must register by 12:00 Finnish time on 16 September 2026 by emailing the contacts specified by the contracting authority and providing the email address for receiving the materials and the supplier contact person's email address. The contract notice is provisionally planned for October 2026.
