Request for information on an image and media asset management system (DAM)

Summary

This is a request for information, not a contract notice or invitation to tender. The City of Turku is preparing a digital asset management (DAM) system for centralised storage, organisation, access, use and distribution of image and media materials through a single login. Companies are invited to provide concrete feedback on the draft procurement documents, including mandatory requirements, Drupal 11 and WordPress integrations, pricing comparability, logging and security, evidence for quality-scored features, and assessment of the implementation project. The deadline for responses is 9 September 2026 at 08:00 UTC. Responding is voluntary, non-binding and not a condition for participating in any later competition.
