Cable TV and broadband connections

Summary

The tender covers a single integrated service package for all specified properties: broadband internet connections for residents, common areas and building automation, together with cable TV connections and services for residents and common areas. Partial, alternative or parallel tenders are not accepted. Services must be delivered through optical fibre to each building’s distribution point, with a nominal building-specific capacity of at least 1 Gbit/s, and must use existing cable routes where reasonably possible. The service must be scalable, support the specified indoor networks, include installation, active equipment, monitoring, maintenance, customer support and required reporting, and be operational by the end of November 2027. The contract is for five years and then continues indefinitely. Tenders must be submitted in Finnish through the HILMA service by 28 September 2026 at 12:00 Finnish time. The award is based on overall best value: price carries 90% and quality 10%.
