This is a request for information and an invitation to participate in market dialogue concerning an HR and payroll system for Certia Oy and its client universities. It is not a contract notice or a request for tenders, and participants will not submit offers. Interested supplier candidates must register through the procurement portal by 2 September 2026 at 12:00. Four market-dialogue time slots are planned for week 38; if there are more requests than available slots, Certia may limit participation and select participants at its discretion, ultimately by drawing lots.
