Expert, design and consulting services for Lapua Cathedral Parish for 2027–2030

Summary

The tender concerns extensive expert, design and consulting services for Lapua Cathedral Parish for 2027–2030. The services may include structural design, planning of renovations to water, sewerage and ventilation networks, renovation design, quantity calculations, cost estimates, 3D modelling, project management and procurement services. The exact scope and volume will be defined separately for each order. This is a framework agreement under which up to three suppliers will be selected in ranked order. The estimated framework value is EUR 140,000 excluding VAT, and the term is 01/2027–12/2030, with the first two years as the initial term and the following two years as an option. The tender must be submitted in Finnish through Hilma by 14 September 2026 at 12:00 and must remain valid until 31 December 2026. Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender: price 70% and quality and functional factors 30%. The bidder must allow for an on-site inspection before design work begins, a project bank, reporting, participation in meetings and the free transfer of materials.
