Design and construction supervision services for protected housing in La Oliva

Summary

VISOCAN is procuring architectural and engineering services for a protected-housing development on plot P-13 in the SAU-10 Panorama Tres Islas area of La Oliva, Fuerteventura. The contract covers the basic design, the detailed execution design and comprehensive site supervision, including geotechnical work, building systems, health and safety coordination, and final handover documentation. The development is intended to provide at least 60 protected homes for affordable rental; construction of the homes is not part of this contract. The work is to be carried out using BIM and is not divided into lots.
