Summary

Dublin City Council is seeking a single-party framework agreement for architect-led integrated design team services for fire safety remediation works on buildings it owns or partly owns. The initial contract covers the full project stages, from preliminary design to handover, for a seven-storey mixed-use development in central Dublin with 62 apartments, retail units, a podium car park and approximately 3,000 m² of community facilities. The procurement is divided into one lot.
