Summary

The buyer is procuring building design services for HOAI service phases 2–8 for Subproject 2 at DRK Clinics Berlin Westend: centralising supply and disposal logistics in Building I. The design covers an underground route through the basement and must accommodate construction in an operating hospital; related dismantling works at the Mitte site are also to be monitored. The construction cost framework is €10.28 million gross, including 10% contingency. The contract is not divided into lots.
