Summary

The Bizkaia Transport Consortium is procuring technical consultancy and assistance for the operation, management and development of the Barik fare system and its shared transport tickets. The services cover interoperability with other territories, the central administration and security platforms, mobile and NFC services, sales and top-up channels, customer support, data management, and support for fare-planning and public-transport projects. The estimated term is 12 months, with up to three 12-month extensions; the maximum budget is €497,280 excluding VAT (€601,708.80 including VAT).
