Design and supervision of the La Asomada underground car park and rooftop plaza

Icod de los Vinos City Council is procuring an integrated service for a 1,654 m² municipal site at La Asomada: a geotechnical study, basic and detailed design, engineering designs for building services, construction supervision and execution management, and health and safety coordination. The design is for an underground or partly underground car park with at least 100 spaces and an active public plaza on its roof.
