Design of the structural and energy renovation of the exterior envelope of Pontevedra’s Culture Palace and Exhibition Centre

Summary

The Municipality of Pontevedra is procuring architectural services to prepare the basic and detailed designs for the structural and energy renovation of the exterior envelope of the Pazo da Cultura and Pontevedra Exhibition Centre. The linked design stages cover the façades, exterior joinery, glazed areas and auditorium skylight, as well as associated waterproofing and rainwater drainage measures. The contract is not divided into lots and has a four-month delivery period: one month for the basic design and three months for the detailed design.
