Reusable surgical uniforms and PPE gown management service

Summary

The Consorci Sanitari Integral is procuring one four-year service for reusable surgical uniforms and reusable PPE gowns at its three hospitals: Hospital Sant Joan Despí, Hospital General de l’Hospitalet and Hospital Dos de Maig. The service covers distribution, replenishment, collection, transport, washing, disinfection, drying, folding, packaging and garment traceability. Estimated annual volumes are 76,500 surgical tunics, 76,500 surgical trousers, 26,700 surgical jackets and 13,700 PPE gowns. The contractor will provide, for use during the contract, automated uniform dispensers and return units, as well as cages or trolleys for gown distribution and returns; the initial uniform equipment allocation is seven dispensers and six return units.
