Transport of materials, furniture and archives and office relocations

Summary

The contract covers the transport of materials, furniture and archives, and office relocations for the Catalan Public Employment Service’s employment offices, training centres and other sites across Catalonia. The work includes moving furniture and equipment, dismantling and reassembling it, transporting boxes of office and staff belongings, minor related tasks, and taking unusable items to a recycling centre or landfill with proof of delivery. Where required, the contractor must collect and destroy archive material; documents do not need to be packed. Services are ordered as needed, normally on working days from Monday to Friday starting at 8:00 a.m., with at least 24 hours’ notice. The contract runs until 31 December 2027 and may be extended for 2028. The maximum budget is €123,521.64 including VAT (€102,084 excluding VAT); the estimated total value including the possible extension is €204,168. Invoices are submitted monthly for hours actually worked. The bidder must provide at least a driver, a mover/furniture assembler and one truck with a payload of at least 1,000 kg and a volume of at least 18 m³. Price carries up to 85 points; additional points are available for a larger qualifying fleet and for offering more than 1,500 m² of space in Barcelona for temporary storage of furniture.
