Concierge, reception and user services at Fuerteventura Technology Park

Summary

The contract is for concierge, reception and user-support services at the Fuerteventura Technology Park building and, where necessary, associated premises. Duties include welcoming and directing visitors; providing telephone and general information in Spanish and English; recording visitors and checking access; handling keys, mail and parcels; routinely opening and closing buildings; preparing rooms; and reporting faults and safety incidents. Staff must not carry out technical repairs or work requiring specialist qualifications. The service runs on working days from 9:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 19:00; ordinary service is suspended in August. The initial term is 12 months, scheduled from 1 January to 31 December 2027. The tender characteristics provide for up to four extensions of up to 12 months each, for a maximum total term of 60 months. Separately requested exceptional services may be covered by the offered additional hours during August. The estimated contract value is €183,771.15 excluding tax; the first-period budget is €36,754.23 excluding tax and €39,327.03 including 7% indirect tax. Bidders must demonstrate the required turnover and relevant experience, or, for a newly established company, the availability of the necessary staff and technical resources. Assigned staff must communicate well in Spanish, have knowledge of English, and have sufficient training or experience in reception or customer service. The tender is submitted electronically and must include the required declarations, a service-delivery proposal and a price offer. Award scoring covers price, up to 80 additional hours at no extra charge, staff with English at B1 level or higher, and the service organisation and quality-control plan. No definitive guarantee is required; the successful bidder must hold liability insurance of at least €150,000 per victim and €300,000 per claim.
