Sociocommunity support service for the LGBTI+ support network

Summary

The contract covers sociocommunity support for LGBTI+ people, helping them build local connections and networks of mutual support. The service will be delivered through centres in the LGBTI+ Comprehensive Support Service Network and is divided into three lots: Alt Pirineu and Aran, Girona, Lleida and Central Catalonia (37 centres); Barcelona area (48 centres); and Penedès, Camp de Tarragona and Terres de l’Ebre (29 centres). Each sociocommunity action includes preparation or 3–8 sessions. Invoices will be based on the actions delivered and their type. The total tender budget is EUR 268,666.20 excluding VAT and EUR 325,086.10 including VAT. The contract runs for 24 months, planned from 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2028, with an option to extend it by up to 24 months. Tenderers must demonstrate the required economic and technical capacity and provide two suitably qualified, experienced and linguistically competent professionals for each lot bid for. Offers will be evaluated on price and automatically assessed quality criteria, including relevant staff experience, additional language skills and accessibility measures.
