Community mediation service for Alt Penedès

Summary

Alt Penedès County Council is procuring a community mediation service for all municipalities in the Alt Penedès region except Vilafranca del Penedès. The service will provide a peaceful, out-of-court way to address conflicts involving residents, neighbourhood communities, public spaces, families, associations and local organisations, including guidance, mediation, agreement drafting and support for public-service professionals. One integrated contract will run for two years, with an option for a single one-year extension; the service is planned for 37.5 hours per week, with a total estimated value of €122,902.80 excluding VAT including the possible extension.
