Employment Intermediation Platform and AI-Supported Candidate Preselection

Summary

Barcelona Activa is procuring a single, non-lotted employment-intermediation and AI-supported candidate preselection platform for recruitment processes. The platform will manage selection workflows, conduct virtual AI-assisted interviews, record and transcribe responses, analyse skills and experience, generate candidate reports and summaries, support comparisons, automate candidate communications, retain auditable records, and integrate with Talent Clue. The 2027 contract includes setup and integration, initial training for approximately 30 users, a guaranteed minimum of 2,000 interviews and up to 15,000 interviews per year; the net tender budget is €19,500. Extensions may take the total contract term to a maximum of four years.
