XX Cardenal Portocarrero History Conference: organisation and delivery services

The Municipal Culture Patronage of Palma del Río is procuring, as a single-lot contract, the services needed to deliver the XX Cardenal Portocarrero History Conference on 13–14 November 2026. The work includes sound systems for the conference venues and choir performance, arranging event spaces, printing posters, leaflets and diplomas, commemorative gifts and exhibition illustrations, catering and refreshments, speakers’ accommodation, a 50-seat return bus from Córdoba, and a guided visit to Portocarrero Palace.
