Civil liability insurance for a clinical trial

Summary

The Fundación para la Investigación Biomédica de Córdoba (FIBICO) is procuring a five-year civil liability insurance policy for a phase I–IIa CAR-T anti-CD19 clinical trial at Hospital Universitario Reina Sofía in Córdoba. The policy is intended to cover risks arising from patient participation in the trial; the contract is not divided into lots. The required cover includes a total insured amount of €3,000,000 and a per-victim sublimit of €350,000.
