Logistics and temporary infrastructure setup for events in Granollers

Summary

Granollers City Council, the Municipal Museum Board, Granollers Mercat and Roca Umbert are jointly procuring, without lots, the transport, loading and unloading, assembly and dismantling of municipal and rented temporary infrastructure, together with production support for cultural, sporting, social and festive activities in Granollers. The service covers handling stages, tables, chairs, barriers, marquees and other event equipment, managing municipal stock and arranging rental materials when needed; it also includes a social and vocational-integration project. The initial term is two years from 2027, with two possible one-year extensions, and the maximum budget for the initial term is EUR 887,000.02 including VAT.
