Adaptation of the existing pedestrian path in the section between Angel Guimerà Street and Ca l’Almiralló Mill (Phase 1.1)

Summary

The tender concerns the adaptation of the existing pedestrian path on the section between Angel Guimerà Street and Ca l’Almiralló Mill in Pobla de Claramunt. The works include gabion walls, compacted gravel pavement, natural stone paving, metal protection and fencing elements, geotextile, and coco fiber mesh with hydro-seeding. It is an ordinary municipal project intended to improve pedestrian connectivity. The estimated base budget is 88,457.66 EUR excluding VAT (18,576.11 EUR VAT), totaling 107,033.77 EUR including VAT. The contract duration is 6 months. The procurement method is open simplified procedure with ordinary processing under LCSP. Safety and waste-management plans are required as part of the project obligations.
