Door-to-door adapted transport service for people with reduced mobility and older people in the municipality of Torelló

Summary

The tender concerns a door-to-door adapted transport service within the municipality of Torelló for people with reduced mobility and/or older people who need access to local resources and services. The service must operate Monday to Friday, except public holidays, throughout the year, generally within an 8:00–20:00 operating window and for eight service hours per day. The provider must collect users at their homes, transport them to the relevant centres and return them home, including assistance with boarding and alighting where needed. The contract is for two years from 1 January 2027, with two possible one-year extensions. The estimated contract value is EUR 330,126.40 excluding VAT; the annual maximum tender budget is EUR 82,531.60 excluding VAT, or EUR 90,784.76 including 10% VAT.
