Review and update of Eibar’s municipal assets, land, public roads and green spaces inventories

Summary

Eibar City Council is procuring a service to review and update three municipal inventories: municipal assets and rights, the municipal land estate, and public roads and green spaces. The work includes researching, identifying, legally and physically checking, valuing and documenting assets, and producing inventory records, maps and supporting materials; rural roads and plots that may belong to the municipality are also covered. The results will be entered into an inventory application with GIS capabilities, with inventories, reports, maps and software delivered alongside training for municipal staff. The work is to be completed within 18 months.
