Infrastructure, maintenance and development of the CityOS platform

Summary

The Institut Municipal Barcelona Innovació i Tecnologia is procuring infrastructure provision, maintenance and development services for Barcelona City Council’s CityOS platform. The scope includes provisioning and administration of cloud infrastructure and backups, two 1 Gbps communications links, corrective and recurring application maintenance, recurring enhancements, and cross-cutting maintenance services. The procurement is not divided into lots; the initial term is 24 months, with annual extensions of up to a further 24 months, and the budget ceiling is EUR 2,017,681.94 including VAT.
