Gorliz Hospital is procuring comprehensive processing of its current and historical archives over five years. The work covers the retrieval, transport, inventory, storage, digitisation, indexing and, where required, confidential destruction of 42,800 medical records and administrative documents. It also includes 350 linear metres of archive documents, 425 archive folders from the purchasing, accounting and management departments, personnel files and contracts, re-indexing 52,765 already digitised medical records, and storing up to 20 boxes of documents per year on request.
