Summary

The Ente Público de Servicios Tributarios del Principado de Asturias is procuring two years of maintenance for its Hewlett Packard Enterprise 3PAR backup storage system in Oviedo. The equipment includes storage adapters and enclosures, 72 hard drives and solid-state drives, and a storage base unit. The service covers telephone support, corrective repairs and replacement parts, unlimited incident escalation, on-site assistance when remote resolution is not possible, database access, and the supply and installation of technical updates. The contract is not divided into lots.
