Building and installation conservation at San Cristóbal–Villaverde Garrison

Summary

The Spanish Army is procuring building and installation conservation works at the San Cristóbal–Villaverde garrison, to restore the facilities and infrastructure to usable and serviceable condition. Lot 1 covers exterior painting, including 527 m² of façade, 330 m² of exterior wall surfaces, 146 m² of iron doors, a 22 m² iron staircase and a 22 m² barred iron gate. Lot 2 covers exterior lighting conservation: replacement of 60 luminaires, 16 road projectors and 35 street-light units, replacement of 165 metres of electrical cable and 35 curved steel supports. The total budget is €50,000 including VAT (€17,000 for Lot 1 and €33,000 for Lot 2); the works are to be completed within 30 days.
