Maintenance of the SEPEI indoor fire-training building

Summary

The Provincial Council of Cáceres is procuring on-demand maintenance of the SEPEI indoor fire-training building, “Casa de Fuego,” in Trujillo. Work includes inspecting and maintaining interior and exterior finishes, fire-resistant components, thermal insulation and fire barriers, and repairing or applying refractory mortar linings as needed. The estimated annual workload is 150 m², with a minimum intervention of 35 m²; the contract runs for one year, with an option to extend it for one further year. The contract is not divided into lots.
