Cleaning services at the headquarters of the Canary Islands Institute for Equality in Tenerife

Summary

The Instituto Canario de Igualdad is procuring routine and periodic cleaning services for its offices in the Serís Building, Imeldo Serís Street 57, Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The single, undivided contract covers approximately 450 m² across the fifth- and sixth-floor premises and associated common areas; the garage space is excluded from ordinary cleaning. Services include cleaning offices, floors, toilets, the kitchenette, furniture, office equipment, windows and blinds, replenishing hygiene supplies, removing ordinary waste and reporting incidents. The minimum staffing commitment is 25 cleaner-hours and 2 specialist-hours per week, or 1,300 and 104 hours respectively over the initial one-year term; four annual extensions may bring the maximum term to five years.
