Repair and replacement of loose and broken paving slabs on municipal sidewalks in Lora del Río

Summary

Lora del Río Town Council is procuring the maintenance and spot repair of loose, damaged or broken paving slabs on municipal pavements, including sidewalks, squares, pedestrian routes and other public areas. The work covers lifting, preparing and relaying loose slabs, replacing broken slabs with new ones, and exceptionally repairing salvageable slabs by bonding; associated safety measures, cleaning and waste handling are included. Estimated annual quantities are 500 loose slabs to be reset, 250 broken slabs to be replaced and 100 broken slabs to be repaired. The contract is not divided into lots and runs for one year, with a possible one-year extension.
