Summary

The Municipality of San Bartolomé de Tirajana is procuring the integrated organisation and delivery of a free children’s New Year’s Eve event on 27 December 2026, from 10:00 to 15:00, at Playa del Inglés. The single, undivided contract covers event design and production, children’s workshops and games, inflatables, a master of ceremonies, artistic and musical performances, staging and technical equipment, safety and emergency services, and publicity across media. The event will use approximately 3,174.2 m² of beach and nearby paved space; the budget is €86,876.36 including 7% IGIC.
