Summary

MERCASA is procuring comprehensive preventive, corrective and improvement maintenance of installations at four shopping centres, divided into 14 lots: fire protection, lifts, plumbing and drainage, electrical and low-voltage systems with generators, automatic doors, and heating, ventilation and air-conditioning. The sites are Arrecife in Lanzarote, La Asunción in Jerez de la Frontera, La Plaza in Badajoz, and Los Cipreses in Salamanca; lot 14 covers general integrated maintenance at Los Cipreses.
