Comprehensive audit of the Guardianship and Support Service

Summary

The Foundation for Care and Support for Dependency and the Promotion of Personal Autonomy of the Balearic Islands is procuring a four-month comprehensive audit of its Guardianship and Support Service. The work covers a forensic-oriented review of the economic and asset-management processes, as well as an organisational, functional and operational review aimed at improving procedures, resource use, internal controls and traceability. Deliverables include a work plan, process map, risk matrix, preliminary and final reports, a prioritised improvement plan and an indicative roadmap. The maximum budget is €206,002.50 including VAT.
