Correspondence and postal delivery services

Summary

Aguas de Valencia, on behalf of participating water and service companies, is procuring postal collection, processing, transport and delivery for bills, notices, supply-disconnection notifications, new-contract letters, commercial mailings and other correspondence. The four lots cover ordinary domestic mail for customers with and without direct debit, certified domestic mail, and other postal services including administrative notices, destination-paid mail, post-office boxes and international letters. Estimated annual volumes include 1,646,545 ordinary letters in Lot 1, 153,455 in Lot 4, 52,928 certified letters in Lot 2 and 28,310 units across Lot 3. The contract runs for three years, with up to two one-year extensions; the combined base budget is €3,043,039.11 excluding VAT.
