Further development and maintenance of IP telephony systems

Summary

The tender concerns the further development and maintenance of IP telephony systems for the City of Versailles and the Versailles Grand Parc urban community, as well as the supply of IP phones and accessories. The work includes keeping existing systems, software and equipment operational; studies, configuration, implementation, security and training associated with improving and extending the solutions; and operational support and change management, provided on site, at the contractor’s premises or remotely.
