Framework agreement for maintenance and adaptation of Spanish Navy infrastructure and facilities in the Canary Islands

Summary

The Spanish Navy is procuring a framework agreement for preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs and vegetation clearance at its military premises and infrastructure in the Canary Islands. The three lots cover minor building, plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs and related works; maintenance and repair of automatic doors, gates and barriers; and brush clearance and upkeep of outdoor areas. The estimated value is €610,000 excluding VAT, including the possible extension: €400,000 for Lot 1, €60,000 for Lot 2 and €150,000 for Lot 3.
