Design and construction supervision for the rehabilitation of La Vidriera Cultural Centre

Summary

Camargo Town Council is procuring professional services for the rehabilitation and adaptation of the structure and interior spaces of the La Vidriera Cultural Centre in Maliaño, with an estimated construction works budget of €4.27 million excluding VAT. The contract is divided into three lots: preparation of the basic and execution designs and works supervision; health and safety coordination; and supervision of works execution. The design and refurbishment will support the centre’s cultural, sports and administrative functions, including its pool, auditorium, exhibition and multipurpose spaces.
